New Patients
First visits, nerves, Spanish-speaking care, and parking.
I'm really nervous about going to the dentist. Will it hurt?
We understand that many people feel anxious about dental visits. We take our time, explain everything clearly, and go at your pace. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Will I be judged for the condition of my teeth?
Not at all. Many people feel nervous about this. We see patients in all stages of dental health and focus on helping you move forward in a supportive, non-judgmental way.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes. Our dentist speaks Spanish, and we also have a hygienist who speaks Spanish, so you can feel comfortable communicating in your preferred language during your visit.
What should I expect at my first visit?
We'll do a thorough exam, take any necessary X-rays, and talk through your dental history and goals. We take our time and make sure you feel comfortable and informed. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of medications.
Do you see children?
We prefer kids under 12 to be seen by a pediatric dentist. Exceptions may be made when the family are already patients of our office — just call and ask.
Is parking easy? Where are you located?
Yes — parking is easy. We’re at 1680 SW Newland Way Suite 100, Lake City, FL 32025.

Do you offer payment plans?
We partner with CareCredit, which allows patients to finance dental treatment with flexible monthly payment options. Our team can explain how it works during your visit.
Do you have a special for self-pay patients?

What if I don’t have insurance?
You’re still welcome here. We’ll explain costs clearly before optional treatment starts, and you may qualify for our self-pay new-patient special (when active) or CareCredit financing.
